Mae fy ngwaith yn archwiliad cyfredol i gyflyru diwyllidiannol a’r datblygiad o systemau ffydd sydd yn y pen draw yn effeithio ar sut yr ydym yn rhyngweithio a gweld ein gilydd. Mae hwylustod gwleidyddol o ddiddordeb arbennig, sut mae gwrthdaro ac honiad o bŵer yn cael eu gweld fel dyfeisiau i ddatrys problemau, gan gwestiynu gwerthoedd personol, moesau a gwladgarwch. Mae diddordebau ychwanegol yn canolbwyntio ar semioteg ac ystyr, sut y gall cyfosod delweddau a gwrthrychau awgrymu naratifau amgen - lle mae canlyniadau gweledol yn bodoli rhywle rhwng ffaith, ffuglen â’r isymwybod.

My work is an on-going investigation into cultural conditioning and the development of belief systems that ultimately affect how we interact and perceive each other. Of particular interest is political expediency, how conflict and an assertion of power are seen as devices for problem solving, bringing into question personal values, morals and patriotism. Additional interests centre around semiotics and meaning, how juxtaposing images and objects can suggest alternative narratives- where visual outcomes exist somewhere between fact, fiction and the subconscious.
